Disease background

Gastric Cancer is a gastric dermal malignancy originating in the stomach.

• Double high incidence and mortality: The incidence and mortality of gastric cancer in China rank the third among all kinds of malignant tumors, and it is also the first incidence of digestive tract malignant tumor in China ^[1].
• The late survival rate and early detection rate are both low:  Most gastric cancer in China is already advanced when it is found, even if the 5-year survival rate is less than 30% after surgery; The 5-year survival rate of early gastric cancer after treatment can exceed 90%, and even achieve cure effect, but the proportion of early gastric cancer detected is very low, only about 20%^[2-3].

At present, the early diagnosis of gastric cancer is faced with many challenges ^[4]
